Q. Do you understand Coeliac disease and food allergies?
A. We both have Coeliac disease, so we totally understand the issues that go with it. We have learnt an awful lot about food allergies since opening the shop, but we are far from experts! We are happy to chat about our products, go through product ingredients with you, and share any tips we have picked up along the way. We cannot offer medical or dietary advice, we will always recommend that you see a health proffessional or dietician.

Q. Do you have anything for Low Fodmap, Dairy free, Vegans or Vegetarians?
A. Yes, we do. We have a lot of Dairy free and Vegan customers, so we do stock suitable products. We do stock Fody Foods range of Low Fodmap sauces. You can always give us a call if you’re looking for something specific, or to check stock availability. 01379 650800.

Q. Do you have an onsite cafe?
A. We wish! Unfortunately, we dont have the space but we can direct you to local places who can cater for you. We do have fresh baked goods in our deli fridge, so you can get a snack to go. One day we would love to have a cafe alongside the shop……..

Q. Do you know anyone who can bake a gluten free celebration cake for me?
A. Yes, we can! We can bake cakes, cup cakes, brownies, tarts, anything you fancy really. We also do savoury bakes like sausage rolls, quiches, pasties, cheese straws, scotch eggs – we’ll try and bake whatever you ask for.  We dont have everything fresh baked in stock all the time, as we dont have an onsite kitchen so we only bake in the evenings when the shop is closed. An onsite kitchen is another dream………….
